As per the YouGov polling, there are around 3.1 million of the people in the UK itself who are planning to go for the dry January during this year.

Dr.Richard Piper who is the CEO of the alcohol concern claimed that 49% of the people are undertaking the Dry January to lose their weight and another 62% for the better sleep and 79% are observing it to save their money.
