First Look At Moto Z2 Plus

Motorola Moto Z2 Play was introduced in June 2017 at Rs. 27,999, a week after it was launched across the world. The new Moto Z2 Play improves on the hardware of its predecessor Moto Z Play boasts a compact design. On top of, it supports all Moto Mods made till date. The smart phone will be available via Flipkart and offline stores from Jun15, 2017. The Smartphone comes with a premium price tag as it is somewhat sleeker than its predecessor which was launched previous year at Rs 24,999.

Sleeker design

The forthcoming Moto Z2 is reported to have a sleek design with metallic body. To ensure compatibility of Mods launched last year with the new gadget, Moto had to maintain consistency in height and width, as well as location of connector pins. So the only possible are of modification was its thickness. The earlier Moto Z Play was 6.99 mm thick while the Moto Z2 Play is sleeker at 5.99mm. However, the new phone weighs 145g, 20g lesser than Moto Z Play.

Fast charging Battery:

Moto Z Play was extensively criticized for its low 2,600mAh battery capacity. However now, Motorola, inspire of a slim body profile, it has reportedly succeeded in including a 3,000+mAh battery in the Moto Z2.

Higher storage:

In an attempt to make Moto Z2 on par with rival brands, Motorola has reportedly increased the RAM capacity of the phone by around 50% compared to the earlier models. According to leaks, Moto Z2 play is expected in two models – One a generic with 4GB and another high end with 6GB RAM. Both are said to boast 64GB internal storage

You can further upgrade the 64GB of inbuilt storage via a microSD card (up to 2TB).

Efficient processor:

The Motorola Moto Z2 Play is driven by 2.2GHz octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 626 processor and you will get 4 GB of RAM.

Improvised Camera:

Moto Z2 Play’s rear 13 MP camera is fast and provides you lots of interesting modes to select and play around with on the phone. These include professional mode, Go live, Slow motion, and Panorama. It produces superbly awesome snaps in bright outdoors. The 5 MP front camera is decent, and will easily attract selfie lovers.

You get a beautification mode which can snap better selfies.

Other nice features:

The Motorola Moto Z2 Play is a dual SIM (GSM and GSM) smart phone, accepts Nano-SIM and Nano-SIM. You have various Connectivity options like 3G and 4G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS, NFC and FM.
