The HTC Company has now bet quite big on the virtual reality world with the Vive VR headset. The firm continues to believe in the high potential of the virtual reality market .It has also showed off the VR technology from the group of 26 new firms at the Vive accelerator demo day that was being held in San Francisco, US.The company would be investing around $100 millions in the virtual reality companies .The HTC company is now working with the top VR enterprises of the world in various sectors like automotive design, furniture and many more domains.

This is actually an early stage effort and most of products won’t be coming to the market any time soon

The firm has also made investments in the medical companies along with initiating few of the active developments in the field of education too. But they will be serving as the window into the different uses of the Vive .Vive X was initiated by the company in its effort to expand the Virtual Reality and Augmented Reality ecosystem. Around 60 investments have already been made by HTC at five varied accelerator locations in the countries –China, US, Taiwan and also Israel. The Vive X is fully dedicated to the acceleration of virtual reality industry and it will surely be useful for the HTC Company since the firm has already doubled down the virtual reality bets.

The Vive X Demo Day that was held at San Francisco featured around 26 companies. They were from wide sectors ranging from the game developers to enterprise applications along with the litancy of the other projects too. The Vive was started by HTC for the expansion of the VR and AR ecosystems.

The companies also spoke about developing it for all kinds of platforms. The start-ups were the part of the Vive’s X second batch which is receiving funds and support through this program. While there was some kind of overlap that was seen among the start-ups but all of them had the unique spin on developing the solutions for the virtual and the augmented reality.
